Technical Questions:

Why is Early World of Learning, Kids, Student and/or Advanced not appearing properly on my iPad?

Your Safari settings may be set to Private Browsing. Services normally available on some websites may work differently until you turn off Private Browsing.

To turn off Private Browsing follow these steps:

1. Go to Settings

2. Select Safari

3. Scroll to Privacy and Security

4. Turn off "Do Not Track"

Why isn’t Safari automatically remembering our school's World Book ID and password even when I tick ‘remember me’?
1. Tap Settings
2. Select Safari
3. Go to Passwords & AutoFill and make sure that Names and Passwords is on.
4. Press the Home button and open Safari. If Safari is black or dark instead of white or grey, turn off Private Browsing. Safari doesn't save account names and passwords when Private Browsing is on.
